The project Outdoor Against Cancer (OAC) starts under the motto „stay fit – get healthy“ #stayfitgethealthy on this years OUTDOOR fair in Friedrichshafen (July 15th – 18th), where this project will be presented to the public in two conferences.
"Whether it is the outdoor fitness studio, moderate hikes, ski-, mountain- or bike-tours – being active outside means more than ever to me. Every minute that i can be active outside, brings the zest of life into my life and a familiar structure in my daily routine, that got affected through the disease and therapy. I also connect positive memories and associations with being outside that help me lot to cope with the critical situation and that increases the success of the therapy."
